The facilities of St. Ann Catholic Church are provided to enhance the spiritual life and fellowship of the parish community and to provide a service to parishioners and other not for profit community organizations. Facilities are generally available only to individuals, groups, and organizations affiliated with the parish. St. Ann Catholic Church reserves the right to limit, refuse, cancel or reassign the use of all parish facilities as needed.
The Pastor and Associate Pastors, St. Ann ministerial activities (e.g. RCIA, PRE, etc.), parish departments, and parish-sponsored events will be given priority in scheduling the use of all parish facilities. Every attempt will be made to accommodate all other requests for the use of parish facilities.
The use of all St. Ann parish facilities must be requested and scheduled in advance by completing a “Facility Request Form.” This form is available in the parish office and below. All requests must be submitted in writing on the appropriate form; telephone and/or oral requests will not be accepted. The scheduling and use of facilities by parish organizations, parishioners, and guests is determined on a “first come, first served” basis.
